ASICS launch AW18 Collection with empowering morning

ASICS have launched their latest women’s apparel and footwear collection with a morning yoga class.

ASICS Australia has hosted a mix of athletes, influencers and media in a morning yoga class and breakfast to showcase their new AW18 collection.

The purpose of the yoga class was to showcase the new collection and introduce ASICS to media and influencers in a way they had not seen it before. Traditionally, ASICS performance wear has been perceived to cater to one discipline: running. The event was intended to highlight the diversity of the product and establish the apparel as a multi-disciplinary, stylish brand.

Guests were incredibly receptive to the new range, with the consensus being that they had been exposed to the brand in an entirely new way and gained a lot of education from the morning.

“It was a fantastic event and I was blown away by the awesome range of clothes. Think there is a lot we could do with the brand” said Eliza Cracknell, Body + Soul Editor.

Following the event, ASICS had the opportunity to work with a number of different lifestyle and fashion publications to achieve editorial placement.
