Lampoon Group’s Talent Management division announces the signing of Olympic medalist and the most successful slalom canoeist in history, Jessica Fox.

At just 24, Jess is the most successful paddler (male or female) in history!

Collecting consecutive wins, Jess earned global recognition, including the 2018 Sportswoman of the Year at the World Paddle Awards, as well as the Australian Canoeist of the Year, NSWIS Female Athlete of the Year and became a three-time winner of Australia’s blue-ribbon Athlete of the Year award.

“Jessica epitomises why NSW is Australia’s premier sporting state. Her achievements over the past 12 months were simply remarkable and a worthy Athlete of the Year winner. When you consider the quality and success of the other Award finalists, it further highlights her outstanding accomplishments.” – Stuart Ayres, NSW Minister for Sport

The humble young-gun has been representing Australia since 2009 in canoe and kayaking singles.

Jess’ long list of accolades coincides with two consecutive Olympic appearances as a dual athlete.
At the age of 18, Jess secured a Silver medal at the London 2012 Games and then a Bronze four years later in Rio.

Jess is one of Australia’s best Gold medal chances for the Tokyo 2020 Games.

A favourite with Australian media, Jess’ commercial appeal has extended to multi-year partnerships with Red Bull and Toyota.

Lampoon Group CEO, Josh White, said of the announcement,

“Jess has been on our radar for a number of years and it has been incredible to watch the success she has had and continues to have. The mainstream appeal Jess has carved out for herself is a testimony to not only her unprecedented achievements in the water but also how she carries herself out of it.
We are delighted to be working with Jess and look forward to the journey ahead.”

Out of the water, Jess enjoys working in television and public speaking. In 2017, she was a contestant on the Channel 7 series, Hell’s Kitchen, with Marco Pierre White. Jess has also completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science Psychology.

A member of the ICF, Paddle Australia and Australian Olympic Committee Athlete Commissions, Jess has a passion for shaping the future of the sport in Australia.

Jess joins Lampoon Group’s highly regarded talent roster, including Australian sports icon and Cricket sensation, Ellyse Perry, former Wallaby and Aussie cult hero, Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins, dual Winter Olympian and Freestyle Aerial Skier, Danielle Scott, as well as Olympic Gold medalist and Sevens Rugby phenomenon, Charlotte Caslick.
